Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and focused Client Service Support with a proven experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry to join our team in Lagos. If you enjoy communicating clearly, solving problems, closing orders, and making customers feel valued, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, chat, phone, and assigned social media platforms.
• Support sales on assigned platforms by guiding customers through product selection, following up on enquiries, and closing orders.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, sizing, product details, and styling recommendations.
• Recommend suitable alternatives or complementary items based on customers’ needs and available stock.
• Follow up on pending payments and confirm payment with the appropriate team before processing orders.
• Check inventory updates regularly and confirm availability with the inventory team before committing to customers.
• Liaise with the inventory team to reserve confirmed orders and communicate cancellations or changes promptly.
• Keep customers informed about restocks, new collections, and approved promotions to encourage purchases and repeat business.
• Record customer orders accurately, including item, size, colour, quantity, payment status, and delivery details.
• Flag differences between advertised availability and actual stock to prevent incorrect customer information.
• Share requests for unavailable products, sizes, or colours with the inventory team to support restocking decisions.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure the correct items are prepared and dispatched on time.
• Assist with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, keeping customers informed and notifying relevant teams of required updates.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales, pending orders, complaints, and follow-up actions.
• Share regular updates on sales closed, unresolved enquiries, and stock issues affecting customer orders.
• Document customer feedback and recurring concerns to help improve service and the buying experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related).
• 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry is a MUST.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of fashion trends, production processes, and creative workflows.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Proximity to Lekki and ability to use social media tools is an added advantage.
