We're working with an established wealth advisory firm based in Bellevue, WA that's looking for a Client Service Admin to serve as the welcoming front line of the practice while giving advisors and clients the support they need day to day. This is a great chance to step into a close-knit practice and make a real, immediate difference.

This position is fully in-office in Bellevue — candidates should live within about 20 miles of the office, as this is not a remote-friendly role.

Some key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage client appointments along with advisor calendars
• Deliver attentive, personalized service to clients and their families
• Help plan and organize client events and gatherings in the local area
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in questions
• Keep records organized and pitch in on daily administrative needs for the advisory team
