Client Services Administrator

Client Services Administrator | Aberdeen | Permanent, Full Time | Competitive Salary Shearwater Recruitment is partnering with a well-established professional services firm in Aberdeen to recruit a Client Services Administrator. This is a varied, client-facing support role within a busy team, suited to an organised administrator who takes pride in accuracy and service.

The role

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the client services team
• Acting as a first point of contact for client queries by phone and email
• Onboarding new clients, including collating and checking client due diligence and KYC documentation
• Maintaining accurate client records on internal systems
• Preparing correspondence, reports and meeting documentation
• Assisting with billing, invoicing and the processing of payments
• Scheduling meetings and managing diaries for senior team members
• Supporting ad hoc projects and wider team administration as required

About You

• Previous administration experience, ideally within accountancy, financial or professional services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• A professional, client-focused approach and a collaborative attitude
• Interest in studying towards a relevant qualification (e.g. ACCA or AAT) would be an advantage, though is not essential
