  • Providing general administrative support to accountants and other team members
  • Assisting with reception and general day-to-day office duties

About You

  • At least 6 months' experience working in an Australian public accounting practice
  • Current legal working rights in Australia
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A friendly, professional and confident approach when communicating with clients
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence answering phones and dealing with a variety of client enquiries
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy office environment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new software

  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality when handling client information

Experience with ATO Online Services, ASIC, Xero or similar accounting practice software would be highly regarded.
