Client Services Agent – Customer Support | BPO Experience Required Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Client Services Agent to join our team in McKinley, Taguig. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of BPO/call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Financial services experience is an advantage but is not required.

Compensation

PHP 22,000–27,000 monthly — Candidates with at least 2 years of BPO experience in any account.

PHP 27,000–32,000 monthly — Candidates with at least 2 years of BPO experience in a financial services account or relevant wealth/asset management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and professional assistance.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Provide clear solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Meet assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Protect confidential customer and company information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BPO/call center experience.
• Open to High School Graduates (old curriculum), Senior High School Graduates, College Undergraduates, and College Graduates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle complex client concerns.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
• Willing to work a fixed night-shift schedule.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
