Client Services and Account Manager

Job Summary

Salah Creative & Digital Agency Ltd is seeking an experienced Client Services and Account Manager to manage key client relationships, coordinate creative and digital projects, and support account growth.

The successful candidate will act as a key connection between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear project briefs
• Coordinate digital marketing, creative, branding, content, and campaign projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations
• Lead client meetings, presentations, reviews, and project updates
• Work closely with creative, marketing, design, and digital teams
• Identify account growth, cross-selling, and new business opportunities
• Prepare proposals, quotations, reports, and account plans
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve service issues
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account information

Requirements

• Experience in account management, client services, marketing, digital, or a related field
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, or client accounts
• Good understanding of digital marketing, creative services, or branding
• Strong organisation, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with CRM and project-management platforms is advantageous
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred

Pay: £40,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
