Client Services & Operations Coordinator

Part-Time | $25–$28 per hour | 10–15 hours per week, up to 20

Schedule Requirements

• In-person work required approximately once per week in Santa Clara
• Some in-person evening hours are required for seminars
• Remaining hours may generally be completed remotely
• Some availability during regular business hours is required

Slamins Insurance Services is seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized individual to support client communication and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate takes initiative, follows through, and is comfortable communicating directly with clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone, email, and text for check-ins, reminders, and follow-up
• Organize and update weekly tasks and outstanding items
• Maintain accurate client records and statuses in the CRM
• Prepare birthday cards and emails
• Greet and check in seminar attendees
• Assist with seminar preparation and follow-up
• Update internal systems and marketing profiles
• Provide general administrative and client-service support

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through
• Comfortable making outbound client calls
• Able to manage recurring tasks independently
• Comfortable learning different online systems
• Responsible when handling confidential client information
• Previous customer-service or administrative experience preferred

Slamins Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency focused on personalized Medicare guidance and ongoing client support.

Compensation: $25–$28 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
