Client Services & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Working Wednesday to Friday, approximately 6–8 hours per day, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of Bespoke Home Care during your rostered days. This is primarily a work-from-home position, with occasional travel throughout Perth and surrounds for client meetings, consultations and other operational requirements. You will work collaboratively with our existing team to maintain continuity of services throughout the week. You will have the autonomy to make routine operational decisions, manage competing priorities and coordinate services independently while maintaining consistent communication with the Director.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to client enquiries and coordinating new client onboarding
• Preparing service agreements and maintaining client documentation
• Building positive relationships with participants, families, support coordinators and other stakeholders
• Coordinating initial client consultations and support worker introductions
• Managing support worker rosters, cancellations and shift changes
• Coordinating service delivery and maintaining continuity of care
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of support workers
• Preparing and processing invoices
• Assisting with financial administration and service delivery reconciliation
• Supporting compliance with applicable NDIS Practice Standards

About you

• Previous experience within the NDIS or disability services sector
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence managing responsibilities independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
• A genuine commitment to person-centred support
• The ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
• A willingness to learn, develop and contribute ideas
• A current driver's licence and the ability to attend occasional meetings throughout Perth
