Key Responsibilities：

• Handle client inquiries, disputes, and operational requests through online channels.​
• Process transaction instructions, settlements, reconciliations, fund transfers, and data checks.​
• Liaise with external institutions on pricing, quotations, orders, and transaction follow-ups.​
• Monitor and resolve operational issues, escalating complex cases when required.​
• Explain business procedures and transaction requirements clearly to clients.​
• Monitor operational processes and keep track of market and service updates.​
• Maintain accurate operational records and support ad hoc tasks.

Requirements：

• 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service or Operations; dispute/complaint handling preferred.
• Finance, Economics, Accounting, or financial industry background is an advantage.
• Familiar with securities settlement, data-sensitive operations, Excel, and messaging platforms.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service procedures and trading execution processes.
• Responsible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, and logical in handling daily tasks and operational matters.
• Results-driven, independent, and willing to learn about financial and operational processes.
• Mandarin proficiency (reading, listening, and typing) is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
