Client Services & Sales Coordinator

Sign on Time is a signage, print and vehicle wrapping business based in Kilcoole. We're a small team of up to 10 people, and we're growing. We work closely, look out for each other, and care a lot about how the team works together. Now we're looking for someone to run the office side of things and grow with us.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the person who keeps the day running smoothly:

• Answering phone calls and emails
• Preparing and sending quotes and invoices
• Taking payments and following up with clients
• Booking installations, collections and deliveries
• Planning daily schedules for our installation teams
• Ordering materials from suppliers and keeping the office stocked
• Checking jobs before they go out: spelling, details and that everything matches what the client approved

You'll also learn CorelDraw and help with basic artwork and simple sign layouts. You don't need to be a designer. If you've used Canva or similar, you'll pick it up quickly, and we'll train you.

• Strong attention to detail. You spot the typo others miss.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable juggling several things at once
• Clear and friendly on the phone and in writing
• Happy to learn new software, with a good eye for how things look
• Someone who wants to work, learn and take ownership of their role
• A team player who enjoys being part of a small, close-knit business

What we offer

• €16.50 per hour, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30 pm (break from 12.30-1pm)
