Client Services & Sales Coordinator – Construction

Iconic Upscale is a growing residential outdoor living and construction company serving the Greater Houston area.

We are looking for a Client Services & Sales Coordinator who is confident on the phone, organized, proactive, and great with customers.

We are primarily looking for someone who is strong in:

• Customer service

• Phone communication

• Follow-up

• Appointment scheduling

• CRM organization

• Sales support

• Client coordination

Construction experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

If you are professional, comfortable speaking with customers, quick to learn, and good at keeping multiple conversations and tasks organized, this could be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Call new leads and prospective clients

• Ask basic questions to understand the customer’s project and needs

• Schedule and confirm consultations and appointments

• Follow up with customers after consultations and estimates

• Reactivate older leads and previous opportunities

• Send approved project information, examples, and company materials

• Request photos, surveys, and other project information when needed

• Keep customer notes, statuses, and next steps updated in the CRM

• Help make sure every active lead has a clear next step

• Support the sales team with follow-up and organization

• Help organize information collected during customer consultations

• Assist with client communication as projects move forward

• Learn basic construction terminology and project workflows

• Support the transition of sold projects from sales into production

Bilingual Preferred

Strong English communication skills are important for this position.

English/Spanish bilingual ability is strongly preferred.

Construction Experience

Previous experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, pools, real estate, property management, or another home-service industry is a plus.
