CLIENT SERVICES & SHOWROOM COORDINATOR

Job Summary

Bottega Bespoke is looking for a friendly, organized, polished, and motivated Client Services & Showroom Coordinator to join our team. This is a client-facing role and an important part of the Bottega Bespoke experience. Experience is not required - we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional showroom experience.

Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails.

Schedule appointments and manage the showroom calendar.

Call or text clients when garments and orders are ready for pickup.

Follow up with existing clients and maintain client relationships.

Assist with pinning clients for alterations and preparing garments for fittings.

Manage the alterations department, including tickets, payments, garment tracking, fittings, and pickups.

Prepare garments and orders for client fittings and pickups.

Receive and organize incoming packages and deliveries.

Send client emails and assist with email marketing campaigns.

Create photos, videos, and other content for Bottega Bespoke's social media.

Prepare coffee, water, sodas, or other beverages for clients.

Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.

Monitor and refill coffee, water, sodas, beverages, cleaning products, and other showroom supplies.

Assist the team with general day-to-day showroom operations.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish - REQUIRED.

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with clients.

Professional and polished presentation.

Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Comfortable using phone, text messaging, email, and basic computer applications.

Comfortable creating or appearing in social media content when needed.

Reliable, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Experience

No previous experience is necessary. We will provide training. Experience in hospitality, retail, fashion, luxury sales, reception, customer service, tailoring, alterations, or social media is a plus, but not required.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
