Client Services Assistant

A centrally located South Perth Accounting Practice requires the services of an experienced Client Services Assistant/Assistant Practice Manager with a minimum of 2 years Public Practice Experience.

Candidates with less than 2 years public practice experience will be considered based on demonstrated skills and potential.

Candidates must hold permanent residency status in Australia.

Duties will include reception, general office work, as well as the administration of client data through various software packages.

The positions is hands-on and offers variety and client contact.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

• Between 2 – 5 years experience in a professional firm
• ATO Tax Agent Portal experience
• Minimum 6 months regular use of ATO Tax Agent Portal required
• Committed to continuing professional development and training
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional work ethics
• A desire to promote business development services
• Efficient in use of computer software including Handisoft or similar, MYOB, Excel & Word.
• Experience with any practice management software is acceptable
• Experience with accounting software packages is required.
