Client Services Associate

The Client Services Associate role is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to start a career in customer service, sales, client relations, telecommunications, and business development. As a Client Services Associate, you will work directly with customers to help them find wireless and home internet solutions that fit their needs while building valuable professional skills.

No previous experience is required! We believe a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are the foundation for success. Every Client Services Associate receives hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing coaching to develop communication skills, customer service experience, and sales knowledge.

As a Client Services Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with residential customers to introduce wireless and home internet services.
• Learning customer needs and recommending solutions that provide value.
• Explaining service options, promotions, pricing, and account benefits in a clear and professional way.
• Assisting customers with new account enrollments, service activations, upgrades, and account changes.
• Providing excellent customer support throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and enrollment documentation.
• Collaborating with team members and leadership to support customer growth and sales goals.
• Participating in ongoing training to help each Client Services Associate improve product knowledge, communication, and leadership skills.

These experiences can help a Client Services Associate succeed, but they are not required.

Pay: $48,562.19 - $58,483.50 per year
