Client Services Associate

Our client, an established financial services firm seeking a Client Services Associate to support a team of advisors and high-net-worth clients. This individual will provide client service, account administration, operational support, and relationship management within a wealth management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new client onboarding and account opening processes.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems.
• Process account maintenance requests and profile updates.
• Support trade-related activities and account servicing as needed.
• Handle cash movements, transfers, and related account transactions.
• Assist with client reporting, billing support, and operational projects.
• Prepare client documentation and operational forms.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams regarding regulatory matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory support, or a related financial services environment.
• Experience supporting financial advisors and affluent clients.
• Familiarity with account opening, transfers, client servicing, and operational workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Experience with wealth management technology systems preferred.
• MUST HAVE FINRA SERIES 7
• (63, 65, or 66) are a plus.
