Looking for a career change without starting over in school?

Family Financial Services works with individuals, families, and business owners on retirement income, income protection, and long-term financial security. We're adding people who want to learn a valuable skill set from scratch, work from home, and build something that grows with their effort. You don't need a background in finance or sales. We care more about how you work than what's on your résumé.

What your first 90 days look like

• Weeks 1–4: Get your state life insurance license. Most people finish in 2 weeks with our guided study plan. At the same time, your mentor walks you through the fundamentals of retirement and income protection planning.
• Months 2–3: Join your mentor on real virtual client appointments, then start leading conversations yourself with them there to back you up. You're learning by doing the work, not by sitting through slides.
• Day 90 and beyond: Run your own client appointments on your own, build your book of business, and if you want to lead, start on the leadership track.

What you'll do day to day

• Meet with clients over video to walk them through their retirement and income protection options
• Help people understand choices that are often explained poorly or not at all
• Build long-term relationships with the clients you serve
• Take part in weekly team training to keep improving

How pay works

This is a performance-based role. Your income depends on the work you do with clients. There's no ceiling, and there's also no salary. We'll go over the full structure on your first call, so there are no surprises.

Basic requirements

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• A reliable computer and internet connection for video meetings

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
