Client Services Associate

$100,000- $110,000 base + up to $10,000 bonus | Client Service Associate | Bay Area, CA (Hybrid/Remote)

We are hiring on behalf of our client- a growing, fee-only RIA based in Campbell, California and we are looking for a Client Service Associate who leads with relationships, not transactions.

This firm serves approximately 80 high-net-worth families with a deeply personal, holistic approach to financial planning. They know their clients' birthdays, their milestones, and their goals. They are looking for someone who wants to be part of that- not just process paperwork.

What you will be doing:

• Serving as a primary day-to-day contact for a close-knit book of high-net-worth client families

• Processing money movements- ACH, wires, QCDs, distributions, journal entries

• Preparing and managing account documentation from start to finish

• Sitting in on client meetings, capturing notes, and driving follow-through on every action item

• Coordinating with custodians, CPAs,attorneys, and other third parties

• Keeping CRM records accurate and client requests moving

What they are looking for:

• 2-4 years in financial services client service or operations (RIA experience a plus)

• Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to obtain)

• A communicator who will pick up the phone and own the conversation

• Someone coachable, proactive, and genuinely relational

• Local to or willing to be local to the Bay Area, CA for occasional in-office days

• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
