Client Services Associate

Our Los Angeles team is looking for a Client Services Associate who enjoys speaking with people and keeping things moving. You’ll be a regular point of contact for clients: answering questions, checking details with colleagues, arranging follow-ups, and making sure each person knows what happens next.

This is a genuine starting point for a career in client services. You’ll learn the company’s systems and processes while working closely with experienced colleagues across client services, operations, and technical teams.

The work you’ll get involved in

• Respond to client calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Ask the right questions to understand a request before deciding on the next step.
• Keep client contact details, notes, and service requests accurate in the team’s systems.
• Coordinate meetings, updates, and follow-ups with internal colleagues.
• Track open requests and check that clients receive an answer.
• Help prepare straightforward client updates and reports.
• Pass specialized questions to the appropriate colleague with clear background information.
• Notice recurring questions and suggest ways to make communication clearer.
