Forgent is a specialty talent platform for financial services firms. We’re leading this search on behalf of our client, a fast-growing multi-family office in Gardiner, Maine, that’s hiring two operations coordinators. You’ll own everything an advisor needs that doesn’t require a license. That includes portfolio administration, custodial paperwork, account maintenance, and Schwab, life, and annuity applications, all run off precise, time-tested playbooks. It’s a high-volume seat for someone coachable who follows detailed processes to the letter and takes pride in doing consistently great work.

You’ve done some operations work. You don’t need years of it, but you’ve handled paperwork, deadlines, and follow-up in a real job.

You like a clear process. When a playbook has 60 steps, you follow all 60, and you don’t decide you’ve outgrown it after a few weeks.

You have a high capacity for work, and you take pride in being the most efficient person in the room.

You’re clear and personable on the phone and in email, even though most of your work happens behind the scenes.

You want to build a career in operations and grow into leadership, and you’ll stay late when the work needs to get done.

What you’ll need: Some operations experience, genuine coachability, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work in office five days a week in Maine.
