About DAT

DAT has run digital marketing for US agencies since 2009. Paid search, SEO, paid social, GA4, reporting, and WordPress. Our in-house team handles the work.

The Role

You'll manage day-to-day client relationships. Most of our work is for US digital agencies. You'll often talk directly with their small business clients on the agency's behalf. We also serve select direct clients in real estate. Our in-house team does the execution. You make sure clients get what they need and spot chances to do more for them. You'll also be the main person pitching to small businesses.

What You'll Do

• Be the main contact for a set of client accounts
• Work with agency account teams, take requests, and hit their deadlines
• Talk directly with agencies' small business clients on the agency's behalf
• Manage select direct real estate clients
• Run onboarding: collect access, goals, and brand details
• Lead monthly check-in calls and walk through reports
• Explain results in plain English
• Prepare client presentations and trainings
• Track key performance and service metrics
• Turn client asks into clear tasks for the delivery team
• Track deadlines and follow up until work ships
• Spot chances to expand services on existing accounts
• Lead pitches to small businesses, on behalf of our agencies and for select direct real estate clients
• Build proposals and follow up until close
• Keep account notes and status updated

What You Bring

• 1 to 2 years in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, and GA4
• Familiarity with AI agents and tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Clear, simple writing and speaking
• Comfortable on calls with agency teams and business owners
• Comfortable representing an agency's brand when talking to their clients
• Experience pitching to small business owners
• Organized. You don't drop balls.

Nice to Have

• Experience with construction, home services, or real estate accounts
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and local SEO

What We Offer

• Pay: equal to $40K to $60K a year during the contract, plus bonus
• Conversion to full-time after 6 months based on performance
