Client Services Coordinator

Due to internal promotion a great opportunity has arisen within the client services team within this Award winning growing Accounting firm to join a friendly team to help manage ASIC & Client documentation & admin support.

Key day to day responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the team & clients.
• Draft engagement letters & other client correspondence.
• Client onboarding, offboarding and maintaining client databases.
• Liaise with the ATO to organise lodgement deferrals, & payments
• Establish new company & trusts
• Managing ASIC and corporate secretarial requirements
• Coordinate appointments with clients

Skills & experience to be successful: 

• Experience as an Administrator or Client Services Coordinator in a  Public Practice professional services environment
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
