The Client Services Coordinator reports directly to the SpeedPro studio owner and is primarily responsible for coordinating the production of various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

Functions

• Coordinate the printing and production of client orders
• Inspect customer files, assist with digital proofs and ensure the graphics print-ready
• Assist with large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
• Graphic design services
• Smaller graphic installations
• Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
• Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
• Utilization of workflow software for estimates/quotes

Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess

• 1+ year of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates
• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and website maintenance
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
