About the Role...

We're seeking a proactive Client Services Coordinator to support our team and deliver a seamless client experience. You'll take ownership of client onboarding, compliance workflows, database management and ongoing client administration, helping keep everything organised and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding, offboarding and client records
• Provide exceptional client service and reception support
• Coordinate compliance workflows, lodgements and documentation
• Monitor ATO correspondence, lodgement deadlines and outstanding actions
• Liaise with clients to obtain information and keep workflows moving
• Support general office administration and daily operations

About You...

• Client services or administration experience, ideally within professional services
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident prioritising, problem solving and working independently
• XPM, FYI, Xero, DocuSign and ATO experience highly regarded
• Reliable, proactive and committed to delivering quality client service
