That is the scorecard for the Client Services Coordinator.
You will support clients throughout the benefits service process through communication, appointments, records, and routine service needs. When a question requires deeper expertise, you will route the client to the correct resource and keep the handoff organized.
This is not a purely back-office position. You will communicate directly with clients, so patience, professionalism, organization, and follow-through matter.
Training is provided on the systems, workflow, terminology, and service expectations used by the team.
