What they need
Company Description
The Law Office of Jacob Binnall PLLC is a Massachusetts-based firm dedicated to compassionate, client-centered representation in complex immigration and civil rights matters. The firm serves individuals and families across the United States seeking safety, stability, and new opportunities. Practice areas include humanitarian immigration (such as T visas, U visas, VAWA, asylum, and SIJS), family-based and employment-based immigration, removal defense, and select civil rights litigation. Each case is approached with care, strategic planning, and respect for the human story behind every filing. The firm’s mission is to provide advocacy rooted in dignity and empowerment, helping clients navigate legal systems with clarity and confidence.
Role Description
We are hiring a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients and to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site role in Framingham and a central position in a small firm, with real ownership of how the office runs. Fluent English and Portuguese are required, and Spanish is a strong plus.
You are the person clients count on, from their first phone call through every step of their case. Day to day, you welcome clients in person and answer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages with warmth and professionalism. You run intake and scheduling, responding to new leads quickly, keeping them organized in our case management system (Docketwise), booking consultations, sending reminders, and preparing engagement letters from firm templates. You handle client billing, answering payment questions and taking payments through LawPay. You keep client documents and records accurate, current, and confidential, and you manage the day-to-day office, working closely with the attorney and passing along any legal questions or urgent matters. We are open to one full-time hire or two part-time people, Monday through Friday during business hours.
Qualifications

- Empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness
- Organized and reliable, able to take ownership and solve problems independently
- Comfortable handling client billing and payment questions, and quick to pick up software such as Docketwise, Google Workspace, and LawPay
- Authorized to work in the United States
We value proactive professionals who are eager to build lasting relationships through exceptional service, strategic thinking, and collaborative teamwork. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant environment committed to excellence.
