What they need

Join a friendly, close-knit team where every win is shared. Schultz & Associates Law Center, a boutique estate planning firm in Eugene, Oregon, is hiring a full-time Client Services Coordinator: the warm, welcoming first voice and face of our firm, and a go-to teammate for everyone around you.

Estate planning is personal, and our clients count on us for clear communication, dependable follow-through, and a supportive experience from their first call to the completion of their matter. You will help families plan with confidence and make every client interaction count. Your work shapes how clients experience our firm and how well our team serves them.

  • Location: Eugene, Oregon (on-site)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week
  • Pay: $22–$28 per hour, based on experience, plus a monthly team bonus
  • Experience: 2–5 years in reception, administration, or client services
  • Hours: M-Th 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Fri. 8:30 am to 1:00 pm

Succeed Together: Our Monthly Team Bonus

When the firm does well, you do well. Every month, our whole team has the chance to share in the firm's success through our team bonus program.

We believe every team member contributes to that success, from the first client call to the completion of important documents. That is why the bonus is built around the team, not the individual. When you pitch in for a coworker, cover a busy front desk, or help get a client's documents over the finish line, you are helping all of us celebrate together.

Here is what you can look forward to:

  • A monthly bonus opportunity on top of your hourly pay
  • A culture where helping each other is how we win
  • Teammates who will happily return the favor

Bonus details and eligibility are shared during the interview process.

Plus a full benefits package: 2 weeks of mandatory time off plus 10 days of PTO, Health insurance, Dental insurance, HSA, IRA matching

What You'll Do: Welcome, Support, and Lend a Hand

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and a trusted partner to our attorneys and staff. Most of your day is spent helping someone, whether that is a client, a colleague, or the team as a whole.
