Client Services Coordinator (Creative Production) | CSR

Do you have a background in BPO customer service and experience working with creative teams, advertising materials, or digital campaigns?

AffinityX is looking for a highly organized and engaging professional who can manage client requests, coordinate creative deliverables, and ensure advertising projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements and project expectations.
• Coordinate with designers, production teams, and other departments to deliver advertising materials.
• Manage incoming requests, project timelines, revisions, and approvals.
• Review creative assets to ensure they meet client instructions and quality standards.
• Monitor production progress and proactively follow up on outstanding deliverables.
• Help resolve client concerns and coordinate necessary revisions or adjustments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates.
• Support advertising campaign execution and other digital production activities.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of solid BPO customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital advertising, creative production, or digital marketing coordination.
• Background in handling client requests, advertising materials, or creative projects.
• Experience collaborating with designers, sales teams, or production specialists.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Highly conversational, quick-thinking, proactive, and adaptable.
• Familiarity with digital advertising workflows, creative assets, or campaign production is an advantage.
• Amenable to working in permanent night shift
