Client Services Coordinator

Liberty Cleaners

We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and organized to join our front counter team. You’ll help customers with their orders, take care of their garments, and keep communication clear between the counter and the cleaning team.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and help them choose the services they need
• Check in garments and enter order details accurately
• Explain prices, turnaround times, and service options
• Take payments and organize finished orders for pickup
• Share customer requests and garment details with the cleaning and alterations teams
• Help answer questions and sort out service issues
• Keep the counter and work area tidy

You don’t need dry-cleaning experience. We’ll show you how our services and systems work. What matters most is that you’re dependable, careful with details, and comfortable talking with customers.

Schedule and Availability

The weekly schedule is assigned by management and may vary based on performance and business needs. This role includes Saturday shifts and requires availability for assigned hours. There are no overnight shifts or Sunday shifts.

We’re unable to approve planned personal or vacation time off during the first 12 months of employment. Legally protected leave and accommodations will be handled as required.
