Client Services Executive

• Position: Client Services Executive
• Shift-based role (including overnight shifts – allowance provided)
• Languages required: English, Mandarin & Cantonese

Key Responsibilities:

• • Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering professional and responsive support
• • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely delivery of client work
• • Liaise closely with internal production teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow transitions
• • Accurately document client communications and project updates
• • Identify and escalate risks, issues, or delays proactively
• • Maintain exceptional service quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• • Support urgent requests and time-sensitive deliverables as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1+ year of customer service experience (graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin, and CantoneseA Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required
