Customer Service Representatives Roles & Responsibilities
- FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY
- Fluent in English. Verbal & written.
- With UAE experience of the same role.
- Handle all incoming calls coming to the centre and need to deal with all calls in a very professional manner.
- Each & every part of the floor is checked including the reception area, meeting rooms, show offices, common areas, corridors, store areas, restrooms, stairways & lifts
- Email & Voice mail handling
- Deliveries, post & courier handling
- Files & Database updates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
