Client Services Executive

Our client, FOZL Corporate Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their team!

Based in Johor Bahru, this role offers the chance to be the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with internal teams across corporate secretarial, payroll, and finance to ensure smooth, timely service delivery from proposal to billing.
  
What you'll be doing?   

• Managing client relationships — Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Supporting sales and operations — Support the execution of sales and operational plans, including client follow-ups and service coordination.
• Preparing client documentation — Prepare proposals, service agreements, and other relevant documentation for client presentations or onboarding.
• Following up on service delivery — Actively follow up on service progress, outstanding items, and payment collections to ensure timely delivery and billing.
• Maintaining accurate records — Issue tax invoices and maintain accurate client records in the system.
• Resolving client concerns — Address client concerns effectively, escalating issues where necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborating across teams — Work closely with internal teams, including corporate secretarial, payroll, and finance, to coordinate seamless service delivery.
• Taking on ad-hoc tasks — Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior, contributing wherever needed.

Who are they looking for?   

• Educational background — A Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field provides a strong foundation for this role.
• Relevant experience — Around one year of relevant experience in a client support or sales coordination role would be beneficial; candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, with training provided.
• Client-first mindset — Strong interpersonal and communication skills paired with a genuine client-first attitude will help the successful candidate build lasting client relationships.
• Organisational and time management skills — The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines and set KPIs is important for success in this role.
• Drive and adaptability — Being highly motivated, organised, and results-driven will help the successful candidate thrive in this fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin language proficiency — Proficiency in Mandarin is vital for this role, as it involves regular liaison with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
