WE’RE HIRING | CLIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE

RPK Critter Care & Animal Hospital is looking for a professional, compassionate, and genuinely pet-loving Client Services Executive to join our team.

If you have relevant experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, pet-care business, healthcare reception, or client-facing role — and you genuinely love working with animals — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage front-desk and client service operations
• Handle appointments, calls, WhatsApp inquiries & follow-ups
• Welcome and assist pet parents professionally
• Coordinate with veterinarians and hospital staff
• Maintain client & pet records
• Support billing and administrative tasks
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for pets and their families

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

• A worried pet parent is upset because their pet is undergoing an emergency procedure. How would you communicate with them while they wait for the veterinarian?
• Are you comfortable handling WhatsApp, phone calls, appointment scheduling, client records, billing, and basic computer-based administrative work?
• Are you willing to work according to hospital operational requirements, including weekends and rotational shifts when required? Also Do you currently live within a reasonable commuting distance of RPK Critter Care & Animal Hospital?
• Whats your Salary expectations and how soon you can join if shortlisted ?
