Client Services Executive

As part of our growing Client Services team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and project support to a portfolio of valued clients. We are looking for a proactive, organised individual with experience within the print industry.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient administrative and project support to the Client Services team

Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring prompt, professional and effective communication

Prepare client quotations, process orders and monitor stock levels to support seamless delivery

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information on our CRM system

Co-ordinate and support the successful delivery of multi-channel client campaigns

Ensure all projects are delivered to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Work closely with internal data, print, production and compliance teams for smooth project execution

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing a high-level of service and support throughout each project

Our ideal candidate will have:

1–2 years' experience within the print industry

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive, detail-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities

Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach

The ability to commute to our Orpington office (within approximately one hour)

Pay: £25,500.00-£30,500.00 per year
