Client Services Intern

About the role

At Zerotrillion, interns don't sit in the corner taking notes. They sit in the room. They see how the work actually gets made — the client calls, the deadlines, the spreadsheets nobody tells you about in school.

We're looking for someone organized, sharp, and unbothered by chaos. Someone who can hold five things in their head at once and still remember which client hates Comic Sans.

You might be a planner. A multitasker. A people-person who also loves a good status report. Someone who reads a brief twice before asking a question, and asks a good question when they do.

We don't particularly care about your degree.

We care whether you can keep a project moving when three people are pulling it in different directions.

What you'll do

Support transcreation projects — QB-ing the adaptation of creative and copy across markets and languages

Help manage day-to-day client and project admin: timelines, trackers, status docs, meeting notes, etc...

Assist with reporting — pulling together performance data, campaign wrap-ups, and account summaries

Support the account team on ad hoc requests, from urgent asset turnarounds to internal deck-building

Keep the office running — scheduling, coordinating logistics, and generally making sure nothing falls through the cracks

Sit in on client calls and internal reviews to learn how strategy, creative, and production actually come together

Occasionally do things that are completely outside your job description, because that's how agencies actually work

What we're looking for

Sharp organizational instincts and genuine attention to detail

Clear, confident written and verbal communication

Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities

A calm head under deadline pressure

Curiosity about how brands, clients, and agencies actually work together

Someone who follows up without being asked twice

Bonus points

Experience with reporting tools, project trackers, or client-facing decks

A second (or third) language, especially useful for transcreation work

Any prior agency, client-services, or project coordination experience — internships, part-time work, campus organizations, all count

We'd rather see evidence you can manage a moving project than another polished resume.
