About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Intern to join our team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in advertising, marketing, or communications and gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced international creative agency.

Working alongside our Client Services team, you will support the day-to-day management of projects and client relationships, helping to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard. You will gain exposure to a wide range of disciplines, including creative, strategy, social media, production, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Client Services team in the coordination of ongoing projects and campaigns.

• Assist with project timelines, status trackers, and internal documentation.

• Help prepare client presentations, meeting notes, and reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Creative, Design, Strategy, Project Management and Production.

• Support with briefing processes and follow up on project deliverables.

• Assist in monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research when required.

• Help maintain accurate project and client records.

• Participate in client and internal meetings, taking notes and tracking action points.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing or holding a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

• Strong interest in building a career within the advertising, marketing, or creative agency industry.

• Previous internship experience within an agency, marketing department, or related environment is a plus, but not essential.

• Excellent rganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
