Client Services Manager, Asset Management, 55-65k

An asset manager is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to support their business across the region.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for institutional clients on operational, administrative, and account-servicing matters.
• Work with Sales Head to support client retention and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding,
• Manage client enquiries, operational due diligence questionnaires, reporting requests, cashflow-related matters, account reviews, and issue resolution.
• Support the preparation and coordination of RFPs consultant questionnaires.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate client communications and service delivery.
• Participate in client service improvements and system enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in institutional client servicing, operations, sales support, or relationship management within asset management.
• Prior experience supporting RFPs and operational due diligence questionnaires is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage.
