Client Services Manager

About the role

As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across the Brisbane CBD and surrounding inner-city areas. This is a hands-on operational and client-facing role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building strong relationships, solving problems and making sure sites consistently perform to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Managing relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers and key client contacts
• Regularly visiting sites and maintaining high presentation standards
• Managing, supporting and developing cleaners, supervisors and subcontractors
• Responding quickly to client requests and operational issues
• Ensuring cleaning scopes and service expectations are consistently delivered
• Coordinating relief coverage and resolving staffing issues
• Identifying and rectifying quality issues before they become client complaints
• Supporting mobilisation and transition of new sites
• Managing equipment, consumables and operational requirements
• Maintaining safety and compliance standards

About you

• Current Australian driver's licence
• Ability to travel throughout Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using mobile technology and operational systems
• Australian working rights
• Ability to attend sites outside standard business hours when operationally required
• Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
• Builds strong relationships with clients and frontline teams
• Has high standards and strong attention to detail
• Can manage multiple priorities across several locations
