Client Services Manager

Blue Peaks Developmental Services, Inc. is looking for a Client Services Manager who can help ensure individuals and families receive consistent support, clear communication, and a positive experience throughout their relationship with our organization.

The Client Services Manager will help coordinate services, support client needs, and work with internal teams to make sure important requests, questions, and follow-ups are handled appropriately.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, solving problems, and making sure services are delivered with care and consistency.

What you'll be responsible for

• Serve as a point of contact for individuals, families, and service partners
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their support networks
• Coordinate communication between clients, staff, and internal teams
• Help address client questions, concerns, and service-related needs
• Track outstanding requests and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Support service coordination and client experience improvements
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation
• Collaborate with program staff and leadership to support client needs
• Help identify opportunities to improve communication and service delivery
• Support onboarding, transitions, and ongoing client relationships as applicable
• Assist with resolving challenges while maintaining a respectful and person-centered approach

What we're looking for

• Experience in client services, human services, healthcare, nonprofit programs, social services, case management, or a related environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Compassionate and professional approach when working with individuals and families
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable coordinating with different teams and stakeholders
• Good judgment when handling sensitive situations
• Comfortable using documentation, scheduling, client-management, or related software
• Developmental services experience is helpful, but not required

You don't need to come from one specific type of organization.

Someone who has worked in healthcare, behavioral health, education programs, nonprofit services, community organizations, assisted living, or other support-focused environments may already have many of the skills we're looking for.

We're looking for someone who understands that great services are built through trust, communication, and consistent follow-through. The right person will help make sure clients and families feel supported, informed, and valued.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
