Client Services Manager

About the role
This is a Client Services Manager role supporting a high end advice team and acting as a key relationship anchor for long standing clients. You’ll own advice implementation, partner closely with advisers, and progressively step into broader practice leadership over time. 

• Own end to end advice implementation across SOAs, ROAs and ongoing advice
• Act as primary service contact for high value, long standing clients
• Partner closely with two senior advisers and an associate adviser
• Manage Xplan workflows, reviews, compliance and client records
• Mentor support staff and build capability across service delivery

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a CSM or CSO role in financial planning
• Proven exposure to high‑net‑worth and/or retiree client bases
• Strong working knowledge of Xplan
• Highly polished communication and relationship management skills
• Professional approach suited to a high‑touch advice environment
