Client Services Manager

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to lead and manage client care operations for a growing home care agency. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee client retention and expand service hours for existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, caregiver introductions, first-day service calls, and follow-up visits within 30 days.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Conduct regular in-home visits to assess care quality and adjust care plans as needed.
• Work closely with scheduling and care management teams to ensure optimal caregiver-client matches.
• Identify opportunities to increase service hours and enhance the overall client experience.
• Manage client records, track key performance metrics, and maintain proactive client communication.
• Follow up on new service inquiries and referrals to support agency growth.
• Represent the agency at networking events and contribute to marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in home care, senior care, or a related healthcare field required.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Tech: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Other: Ability to work independently, visit client homes, and develop meaningful relationships with clients and caregivers.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
