Client Services Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Services Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of major enterprise customers while leading and developing a growing client services function. 

Sitting at the intersection of client services, account management, analytics and operations, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build exceptional customer relationships while ensuring the business consistently delivers on its commitments. 

You will inherit an established team and customer portfolio, with the opportunity to bring greater structure, accountability and proactivity to how enterprise relationships are managed. 
 
The Role 

• Managing and developing relationships with key enterprise customers;
• Taking ownership of the end-to-end customer onboarding process;
• Leading and developing a team supporting enterprise accounts;
• Establishing structured customer meeting cadences and account plans;
• Ensuring customer actions, commitments and deliverables are completed; and
• Overseeing data management, reporting and analytical deliverables.

About You 

• Experience within client services, account management or customer success;
• Experience managing and developing a team;
• Confidence working directly with large, complex enterprise customers;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• The ability to interpret data and work confidently with spreadsheets; and
• A structured approach to meetings, actions, reporting and deliverables.

Experience within energy or utilities would be advantageous but is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates from consulting, professional services, data-led or complex B2B environments who have managed enterprise customers and teams.
