The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Manager to support two Senior Advisers and an Associate Adviser.

This is a highly client-focused role where you will manage day-to-day client relationships while mentoring the junior Client Service Managers within the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the key point of contact for clients
• Managing ongoing client queries and requests
• Coordinating advice implementation
• Following up client documentation
• Managing workflow across the offshore support team
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
• Preparing for client meetings and reviews
• Mentoring junior Client Service Managers

About You:

• Strong experience within Financial Planning, Advice or Wealth Management
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
• Confident managing offshore workflows
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Xplan experience is highly regarded
