We’re working with a growing digital marketing agency that’s looking for a Client Services Manager to join their Brisbane team.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

THE CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER ROLE:

• Managing relationships across a portfolio of 15+ clients
• Acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams
• Running client meetings, providing updates and talking through campaign performance
• Working closely with specialists across Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
• Confidently understanding and communicating digital marketing strategies to clients
• Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall client results
• Managing expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
• Building strong, long-term relationships that support client retention and growth
• No business development or cold calling – this is focused on client relationships, retention and delivery
