Client Services Manager

We're looking for an experienced Client Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building strong relationships, and can juggle multiple priorities without ever dropping the ball.

You'll work alongside our advisers to support a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring every interaction is seamless, every detail is covered, and every client feels genuinely cared for.

What you'll be doing

As a Client Manager, you'll be at the heart of the client journey, supporting our clients through every stage of the advice process.

You'll:

• Build trusted relationships with clients and become their go-to support person
• Coordinate client meetings, implementations, paperwork and follow-up actions
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines with confidence
• Liaise with product providers, platforms and professional partners
• Ensure client records, workflows and compliance requirements are maintained to a high standard
• Work closely with advisers to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
