Client Services Manager

About the role

Lead Corporate Box Client Services operations, managing corporate client relationships and stakeholder communications. Act as the main escalation point for client issues and oversee order administration, invoicing, and payment follow-up. Support event planning and provide on-site client servicing during event days.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Box Client Services operations
• Manage corporate client relationships and stakeholder communications
• Develop SOPs, service standards, and client communication plans
• Act as the main escalation point for client issues
• Oversee order administration, invoicing, and payment follow-up
• Coordinate with F&B, Finance, Ticketing, Venue Operations, Guest Services, Security, and Event teams
• Support event planning and provide on-site client servicing during event days
• Manage service recovery, issue resolution, and post-event reporting

About you

• 5-7 years' experience in Hospitality, Events, Account Servicing, Customer Experience, or Client Services
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
• Able to work under pressure during major event periods
