Client Services Manager

A well-established financial planning practice on St Kilda Road is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join its team.

Supporting a group of experienced Financial Advisers, you will play an important role in delivering a high standard of service to clients while ensuring the advice process runs efficiently and accurately.

This is a broad role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and values being part of a professional, collaborative team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -

• Prepare review packs and meeting documentation
• Coordinate new client onboarding and account establishment
• Manage portfolio transactions, contributions, withdrawals and transfers
• Prepare and issue advice and consent documentation
• Liaise with platforms, product providers and clients
• Support advisers with workflow management and ongoing client servicing
• Assist in coordinating offshore administration support
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation

Experience required -

• Experience within financial planning or wealth management
• Strong client service and administration skills
• Knowledge of advice processes and investment platforms
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, reliable and proactive
