Client Services Manager (Listed)

About the role

This role suits someone who does the work themselves rather than passing it on. Clients bring you their requests, and you work out where the answer is, put it together and send it back quickly and accurately. You’ll spend a lot of your day in the registry system and the data, and you’re happy there. Relationships still matter, and you build them by being reliable, not by entertaining.

What you’ll do

• Own your clients’ registers and handle requests end to end
• Work through the data and reconciliations behind client queries
• Coordinate corporate actions: allotments, buybacks and transfers
• Run shareholder meeting mailings and voting through to completion
• Keep billing, incident logs and compliance accurate and current

What you’ll bring

• Client servicing experience, ideally in financial services
• A strong work ethic, including for the routine, behind-the-scenes tasks
• Quick thinking and the ability to juggle multiple requests at once
• Comfort with numbers, systems and fine detail
• The ability to earn trust by consistently delivering for clients
