About the role

As a Client Services Manager, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients and Financial Advisers. Your attention to detail will be critical in managing documentation, coordinating with lenders, and providing a superior level of administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client files and loan application documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and third-party providers.
• Support Financial Advisers in the end-to-end loan application process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company procedures.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their applications.

About you

• Essential: Proven previous lending experience (e.g., in a broker support role or similar financial services environment).
• Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• A strong client-first attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Preference: Experience from a bank background is highly valued, bringing a deep understanding of lending processes and compliance.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
