Client Services Manager | HNW Client Base

About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, self-licensed financial advice practice that specialises in providing holistic wealth advice to high net worth individuals, families, business owners and retirees.

Working closely with two Senior Advisers and an Associate Adviser, you'll become a key relationship contact for a long standing client base and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional advice experience. This is a client facing position suited to an experienced Client Services Manager who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and being involved in the full advice process.

For the right person, there is a genuine pathway into broader Practice Management responsibilities over time, including mentoring support staff and helping shape the operational direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end advice implementation across SOAs, ROAs and ongoing advice arrangements
• Act as a key point of contact for high net worth clients and their families
• Develop strong, long term relationships with a mature and loyal client base
• Partner closely with Senior Advisers to deliver a seamless client experience
• Manage Xplan workflows, review preparations, compliance requirements and client records
• Coordinate client meetings, documentation and follow-up actions
• Support the ongoing improvement of service standards and operational processes
• Mentor and support junior administration staff as your responsibilities grow

About You
You will ideally bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a Client Services Officer or Client Services Manager role within financial planning
• Strong working knowledge of Xplan
• Experience supporting advice implementation and ongoing client service requirements
• Confidence working with affluent, high net worth or retiree clients
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• A professional, polished and client centric approach
• A desire to take ownership and grow your career within a stable advice practice
