The Opportunity

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients and referral partners, helping create a seamless experience from the very first interaction.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing phone, email and website enquiries
• Preparing and sending quotes for new matters
• Clearly explaining the conveyancing process to prospective clients
• Following up leads and building strong client relationships
• Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate client records
• Providing exceptional client and administrative support

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and initiative to everything they do.

You’ll ideally have:

• 2+ years’ experience in client services, administration, customer service or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence building rapport with clients
• A strong customer-first mindset
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
